She is the Founder & Managing Director of SkillSprint Solutions Private Limited, a Bengaluru-based training and consulting company that has worked with government departments, corporate teams, and academic institutions on impactful learning and skill-development initiatives.
Driven by a belief that real, field-earned expertise deserves a stage of its own, Dr. Nikkam founded THE SKILLS STAGE presented by SkillSprint Solutions Pvt.
